
Dayton-area manufacturers are getting more opportunities to upgrade the skills of their workers, thanks to a new state grant. Cincinnati-based business improvement firm TechSolve, which has a Dayton office, is teaming with Sinclair Community College and several other partners to administer the $500,000 grant.
